Douglas J. Hassinger
A graduate of the Westminster Schools, The University of Georgia and John Marshall Law School, Mr. Hassinger founded
Hassinger & Cook in 2002. Though born in Burlington, Vermont, Mr. Hassinger has lived and worked in the metro Atlanta
area for over twenty years, and considers himself a native.
His experience, knowledge, communication skills and passion for the law have given him the ability to vigorously represent
his clients at all stages of litigation. A skilled litigator, Mr. Hassinger is nonetheless always aware that the best
result for a client may be outside the courtroom. Mr. Hassinger is also adept at negotiation, mediation, binding and
non-binding arbitration, and other forms of alternative dispute resolution.
Mr. Hassinger lives with his wife and daughters in the Roswell area
